Events Planning Administrator

Statewide not-for-profit seeks a full-time Events Planning Administrator

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with planning of trainings, conferences, and other events
  • Assist with production of materials
  • Order conference-related supplies and maintain inventory
  • Keep and update Project records and assist in compiling Project reports
  • Arrange staff and consultant travel
  • Provide on-site support at conferences/trainings as needed, including out of town events
  • Assist in processing invoices and travel vouchers related to trainings/conferences
  • Assist in preparing and tabulating evaluations and other surveys
  • Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate's Degree in related business or human services field with commensurate experience.
  • Minimum two years' experience assisting in the planning and implementing of conferences, trainings, and other events.
  • Must have outstanding organizational and communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, strong team participation skills, ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail, and proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Location: Albany, NY

Position Type: Full Time, 37.5 hours/week

Compensation:  $40K-$45K commensurate with experience
