APPLICATION REVIEWERS
(Temporary Contract Position)

Statewide not for profit seeks application reviewers for grant-funded work.  Reviewers will be paid as consultants at the rate of $18 to $21/hr.

Initial interviews will occur via Zoom videoconference platform. Position requires ability to work remotely and have access to high-speed internet. The amount of work assigned to reviewers will vary based on overall project workload.

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Participate in training on the project parameters and online application portal
• Review submitted applications, as assigned
• Determine applicant eligibility and award amount
• Communicate with grant applicants as necessary to obtain or verify supporting information
• Assist in tracking information in Excel
• Other data collection and reporting information as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates’ degree (Bachelors’ preferred)
• Experience in employment positions involving fiscal responsibility
• Detail focus
• Ability to work independently and complete projects in a timely manner
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience in working well in a team environment, and treating colleagues and the public with respect and humility
• Experience working in non-profit agencies and/or government desirable
• Knowledge and skills in working with persons from diverse cultures and backgrounds

Pay Scale: $18 - $21/hour commensurate with experience
