Workshop on a Common Language for Aging Services
WRI conducted a workshop for representatives of state units and area agencies that served the aging population. The workshop introduced the conceptual approach of a common language and definitions of services.

Brochures on Accidents and Aging
WRI edited and produced brochures to publicize the findings of a study by the Buffalo Organization for Social and Technological Change, Inc. (BOSTI). Report on Aging in New York City
WRI organized, standardized, and completed a set of research reports based on a survey of New York City elderly. WRI created the report, “Growing Older in New York City,” in collaboration with researchers from Fordham and Columbia universities. New York Community Trust

Evaluation of the Impact of Rising Energy Costs on the Elderly Poor
WRI participated in the evaluation of social service intervention programs for the elderly. WRI conducted an in‑depth study on the energy costs, patterns of energy use, and potential for energy conservation by low‑income elderly homeowners and renters in New York City. New York State Energy Office
