  • Labor Relations

Instructional Leadership Training

The curriculum covered mission, teamwork, self‑esteem, communication, school climate, and striving for achievement. New York State Education Department

State Labor-Management Relations Training Institute
WRI created this program as a flexible resource for training in labor-management relations for the Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) and the Governor’s Office of Employee Relations (GOER). WRI provided a broad range of training to CSEA members, GOER staff, unit supervisors for state agencies and facilities, and members of local labor‑management committees.

Skills Training Program
WRI assisted in the implementation of a training program designed specifically to create or preserve jobs. WRI developed informational and application materials for businesses and training entities interested in obtaining state funds from the program. New York State Department of Economic Development

Training for OMH Direct-Care Workers
